A combination of French and American oak barrels were used to ferment and age the lions' share of this blend, while a smaller portion was fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain fresh fruit and crispness.  Aromas of pear, melon and butterscotch complemented by toasty oak, endure on the palate and throughout the tasting experience.
