RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you receive bottles that are corked or flawed (undamaged), please contact Customer Service within 30 days of your order at (585) 671-1686 or send an email here. We will exchange any corked or flawed (undamaged) products or provide a refund.

If your package is damaged in transit, we will either re-ship you a new package at no additional charge (standard ground shipping) or credit your purchase back in full.
