Winemaker Notes: This wine features a lively, aromatic nose with predominant notes of white fruit and spices, underpinned by a subtle touch of oak and vanilla. Mineral on the palate with a good balance between acidity and roundness. Lovely length.

This wine is a good match for all kinds of fish, seafood, and white meats in sauce. It also pairs well with full-flavored cheeses.

Ripe, featuring peach, apple pie and sweet spice aromas and flavors. The acidity is buried beneath the broad, slightly viscous texture, lending softness. Firms up on the compact finish. Drink now through 2028. 3,283 cases made, 1,200 cases imported. Wine Spectator
