The fruit for this wine was sourced from several growing areas within Lake County which resulted in a multi-layered wine with good balance and a long, lush finish. As the name Cimarron suggests, this free-spirited and wild blend has bright cherry and strawberry notes that balance with white pepper, dried herbs, and spice. The lingering finish and vibrancy will have you coming back for a second glass.

Blend: 55% Syrah, 17% Grenache, 28% Mourvedre
