Technique Pinot Noir 750ml

Technique wines are some of favorite. For Technique, Trevor Sheehan pulls together superior grapes from prime vineyards and blends them with a deft hand. Such is the case for this latest Technique Pinot Noir. The grapes come from the Russian River Valley, sub-AVA of Sonoma, where the cooling breezes from the ocean make their way into the valley and provide just the right microclimate for lush, balanced Pinot Noir to ripen to perfection. 100% Pinot Noir this wine aged for 10 months in 40%  new French oak.

It shows beautiful garnet color with aromas of bing cherry, red raspberry, baking spice and subtle vanilla notes. On the palate, flavors are of concentrated red and blue fruit, with a core of cherry and dark raspberry with  purple violet floral notes. Medium bodied with balanced acidity that lifts the flavors.
