A new impressive Pinot Noir from the south, the 2020 Tayu 1865 was produced in conjunction with the local Mapuche inhabitants. It's a light and fresh varietal example with only 12.5% alcohol, even in a warmer and drier year, produced with a very soft extraction and delicate élevage in untoasted foudres. It's bright and clean, fresh and very expressive. Bravo! 33,773 bottles produced. Wine Advocate 92pts
