The Mcnab Cabernet Sauvignon By Bonterra 750ml

One of the original Biodynamic® vineyards planted in the United State, McNab Ranch is the agricultural heart of Bonterra Organic Vineyards. This single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has a brilliant, deep red hue and opens with an appealing chorus of black currant, fig and dark chocolate aromas. Firm though fine tannins frame a generous mid-palate that leads to flavors of cassis, toast, portobello and subtle minerality. Suggestions of tobacco and anise harmonize on a lingering finish.

Wine Tasting Notes
This Bordeaux-style blend from our Biodynamic McNab Ranch leads with Cabernet and opens with an appealing chorus of boysenberry, cassis and tobacco followed by notions of potpourri on the nose. Ample tannins frame a generous mid-palate that leads into big, mouth-filling flavors of pie raspberries, toast and subtle minerality. Suggestions of tobacco and anise harmonize on a lingering finish.

This potent but sophisticated wine combines powerful, focused black fruit flavors with restrained mint, toast and cocoa accents cradled by fine-grained tannins that help it glide smoothly through the palate and lingering finish.
