The sweetness of the corn shines in this wheated mash. Matured 5-6 years, you'll find notes of caramel corn, honey-topped wheat bread, a hint of herbal spice and a warming touch of cinnamon. It's medium bodied with a bit of a punch of alcohol accenting the flavors of brown sugar, toasted oak, and vanilla.
