A blended Irish whiskey from Pearse Lyons, made with malt and grain whiskeys from across Ireland, specially selected by the head distiller at the company's distillery in Dublin. It's a blend of whiskeys matured between three and nine years, including malt whiskey distilled using the stills that are now at the heart of the distillery.
