Winemaking: Manual harvesting, selection of bunches, desengace and selection

of grains. Maceration and fermentation traditional at 26º/28ºC for 21 days with selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation fulfilled.

Aging: 12 months in French and American oak barrels.


Visual: Ruby red color, intense.

Aroma: Aromas of fruits of the forest, jam, dried mushroom and coconut.

Palate: Complex wine with very good structure and great potential. Elegant and with soft finish.

Harmonization: Spicy meat dishes and selected cheeses.

Service Temperature: Between 15ºC to 17ºC.
