"The 18 Year Old has been maturing in the finest oak barrels chosen by Tommy Wallace, Master Cooper at the time. Aged in 3 types of casks to allow for a mellow maturation without too much tannin. Time and nature has been allowed to bring out the sweeter character of the wood with a subtle characteristic hint of peat and smoke ensuring a well-balanced finish. It is non chill-filtered resulting in a richer mouthfeel and deeper flavor. Perfect anytime over ice or with a little water." Tasting Notes
